El Filo ~ Danny Moreno is one of many Morenos in the Santa Bárbara, Honduras area producing great coffees. Danny and his family own and operate neighboring farms established by his late father Daniel Moreno. Danny’s El Filo lot is exactly the type of coffee we love drinking all year long. It’s incredibly sweet, with notes of dried dark fruit and brown sugar.
Coffees are currently roasted to order and shipped every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders received before 5pm the day before a roast day will be included in the next day's roast.
