Making good quality, consistent espresso at home is no small feat. Many a home barista struggles with creating the same quality espresso shots that they might receive at a cafe. This particular course aims to guide home baristas in maximizing their home espresso set-up. Attendees will learn the history of espresso, as well as general espresso theory, and they will receive hands-on practical application of espresso basics in our lab including milk steaming and pouring basics. Additionally, each attendee will leave with a bag of coffee to take home.
Class will be held in our roastery lab at 1939 S. Bancroft St. above 2nd District Brewing.
Please note enrollment fee is non-refundable. Feel free to email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with questions or concerns.
